基于微信公众号的个性化心理护理在肱骨骨折患儿中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析基于微信公众号的个性化心理护理在肱骨骨折患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2020年9月至2021年5月福州市第二医院小儿骨科收治的124例2~14岁肱骨骨折患儿为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同将其分入对照组(62例)和观察组(62例)。对照组患儿给予优质护理,观察组患儿在优质护理的基础上采取基于微信公众号的个性化心理护理。比较2组患儿的治疗依从率、并发症发生率、肩关节功能评分量表(CMS)、Mayo肘关节功能评分量表(MEPS)和简化版改良耶鲁术前焦虑量表(mYPAS-SF)评分。结果对比2组的治疗总依从率,观察组较高(P<0.05)。术后6周,2组的CMS和MEPS评分均高于术前(P均<0.05);术后3个月,2组的CMS和MEPS评分均高于术前及术后6周(P均<0.05);术后6周和3个月,观察组的CMS和MEPS评分均高于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。2组在术后6周的mYPAS-SF评分均低于术前(P均<0.05);2组在术后3个月的mYPAS-SF评分均低于术前和术后6周(P均<0.05);观察组在术后6周及术后3个月的mYPAS-SF评分均低于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论基于微信公众号的个性化心理护理可提高肱骨骨折患儿的治疗依从率,改善其焦虑情绪,以及肩关节和肘关节功能,并降低并发症发生率。Objective To analyze the application effect of personalized psychological nursing based on a WeChat official account in children with humerus fractures.Methods From September 2020 to May 2021,124 humerus fracture children aged 2-14 years who were admitted to the Department of Pediatric Orthopedics at Fuzhou Second Hospital were selected as the study subjects.According to different nursing methods,they were assigned into the control group(62 cases)and the observation group(62 cases).The children in the control group were given high-quality nursing,and the children in the observation group were given personalized psychological nursing based on a WeChat official account in addition to the high-quality nursing.The treatment compliance rate,complication rate,Constant-Murley Score(CMS),Mayo Elbow Performance Score(MEPS),and modified Yale Preoperative Anxiety Scale-Short Form(mYPAS-SF)score were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had a higher treatment compliance rate than the control group(P<0.05).At 6 weeks after operation,the CMS and MEPS scores of both groups were higher than those before operation(all P<0.05).At 3 months after operation,the CMS and MEPS scores of both groups were higher than those before operation and at 6 weeks after operation(all P<0.05).At 6 weeks and 3 months after operation,the CMS and MEPS scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The mYPAS-SF scores of both groups at 6 weeks after operation were lower than those before operation(both P<0.05),and the mYPAS-SF scores of both groups at 3 months after operation were lower than those before operation and at 6 weeks after operation(all P<0.05).At 6 weeks and 3 months after operation,the mYPAS-SF scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(both P<0.05).The observation group had a lower complication rate than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized psychological nursing based on a WeChat official account can increase the treatment compli
