摘　　要：进入新时代以来,国家高度重视马克思主义学院的发展,马克思主义学院迎来了大发展的机遇期。然而,在实际工作中,马克思主义学院党建工作面临党务人员配备不齐,党务工作制度性和方法性不足等诸多问题。以马克思主义学院党建工作和思政课教学为研究对象,采用问卷调查法和归纳总结法研究当前马克思主义学院党建工作和思政课教学“两张皮”的现状及原因,从马克思主义学院党建工作的制度保障、人员配备、工作方法等方面提出改进策略,从而促进党建工作与思政课教学工作更好地协同发展。Since entering the new era,our country has attached great importance to the development of Marxist colleges,and Marxist colleges have ushered in the opportunity period of great development.In practical work,Party building work of Marxist college is faced with many problems such as uneven allocation of Party affairs personnel,insufficient Party affairs work system and method.The article takes Party building work and ideological and political course teaching of Marxist college as the research object,adopts questionnaire survey and inductive summary method.This paper studies the current situation and reasons of the Party building work and ideological and political course teaching of Marxism college,and puts forward improvement strategies for Party building work of Marxism colleges from the aspects of system guarantee,staffing,working methods and so on to better coordinate the development of ideological and political course teaching.
