摘  要:该文采用随机抽样的方法,使用Mayer、Salovery和Caruso编制的情绪智力量表,以福建体育职业技术学院100位不同运动项目专业运动队学生和100位普通学生为调查对象,研究了大学生运动参与和情绪智力能力的相关性。结果表明,一是情绪智力维度中的自我情绪了解能力、自我情绪管理能力及自我激励能力3个方面和运动参与存在显著性差异,且专业运动队学生的得分均高于普通学生;他人情绪的认知能力及人际关系的管理能力虽未呈现显著性差异,但专业运动队学生的得分仍高于普通学生;二是专业运动队学生的性别、运动项目差异对于5个情绪智力维度均无显著差异。整体来看,不论参与何种运动,都可以增进大学生的情绪智力,且对于自我情绪的了解能力、自我情绪的管理能力及自我激励能力更具有显著的提升效果。In this article, The emotional intelligence scale prepared by Mayer, Salovery and Caruso(2008) was used by random sampling method to study the correlation between sports participation and emotional intelligence ability of college students, taking 100 professional sports team students of different sports items and 100 general students in Fujian Sports Vocational Education and Technical College as the survey objects.The results of statistical analysis of the questionnaire show that: First, there are significant differences in self emotion understanding ability, self emotion management ability and self motivation ability and sports participation in the dimension of emotional intelligence, and the scores of professional sports team students are higher than those of ordinary students;Although there is no significant difference in the cognitive ability of other people’s emotions and interpersonal relationship management ability, the scores of professional sports team students are still higher than those of ordinary students. Second, the differences of gender and sports items of professional sports team students have not reached significant differences for the five emotional intelligence dimensions. On the whole, no matter what kind of sports men and women participate in, they can improve the emotional intelligence of college students, and have a significant effect on improving the ability to understand self emotion, self emotion management ability and self motivation ability.
