新入行编辑应具备的人文素养——从聂震宁先生《致青年编辑的十二封信》谈起

摘　　要：人文素养是编辑工作者的正向价值观和理想信念的体现,它既影响着编辑自身职业生涯的成功与否,也决定其所编辑的精神文化产品的内容品质。优秀编辑的人文素养需具备三个基本要素,即家国情怀、工匠精神和出版精神,它们不仅是编辑人文素养的核心、根本和内生力,而且三者之间相辅相成。编辑要不断探究提升人文素养的路径,强化自己的人文素养。As a positive viewpoint on values and a reflection of one’s ideal and faith, the humanistic quality editors possess has an influence on their own career, and determines the quality of the spiritual and cultural products edited by them. For a qualified editor, the humanistic quality is made up of three factors, i.e., patriotic emotion, craftsmanship, and responsibility for publication, which are inseparably interconnected as core, basis, and endogenous force of an editor. Therefore, an editor,especially a new one, should explore the path to the said quality to improve his/her own humanistic quality.
