摘 要:先以偏氟乙烯−六氟丙烯的共聚物(PVDF-HFP)作为成膜物质、丙酮作为溶剂,采用浸没沉淀法制得多孔聚合物膜,再将多孔膜浸入含有1 mol/L LiPF_(6)的碳酸乙烯酯(EC)−碳酸二甲酯(DMC)−碳酸甲乙酯(EMC)的离子液体电解液中获得多孔聚合物电解质膜(PPEM)。研究了PVDF-HFP质量分数和凝固浴温度对PPEM吸液率、离子电导率和电化学稳定窗口的影响。结果表明,当聚合物溶液的PVDF-HFP质量分数为20%、凝固浴温度为25℃时,所得的PPEM电化学稳定窗口为5 V,吸液率达到40.2%,但离子电导率为1.52×10^(−4) S/cm,有待进一步提高。A porous polymer membrane was formed by immersion precipitation in a solution using the copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and hexafluoropropylene(PVDF-HFP)as film-forming material and acetone as solvent.A porous polymer electrolyte membrane(PPEM)was then prepared by immersing the said membrane into a 1 mol/L LiPF_(6)-containing ionic electrolyte composed of ethylene carbonate(EC),dimethyl carbonate(DMC),and ethyl methyl carbonate(EMC).The effects of the mass fraction of PVDF-HFP and the temperature of coagulation bath on the electrolyte uptake,ionic conductivity,and electrochemical stability window of PPEM were studied.The results showed that the PPEM obtained with 20%of PVDF-HFP in polymer solution and at a coagulation bath temperature of 25℃featured an electrochemical stability window of 5 V and an electrolyte uptake of 40.2%.However,its ionic conductivity was only 1.52×10^(−4) S/cm and needed to be improved.
