摘 要:平流沉淀池具有结构简单、造价较低、操作管理方便、抗冲击负荷能力强的特点,被广泛应用于给水处理和污水处理,但在实际运行中受诸多因素限制,运行负荷很难有较大突破。斜管沉淀池也存在斜管坍塌、布水方式及泥水分离有待进一步优化的问题。在平流沉淀池的基础上增加高效沉淀管,考察表面负荷及倾斜方式对浊度与SS去除效果的影响。结果表明:新型高效沉淀管的泥水分离效率较高,集成装置对浊度的整体去除效果较为稳定,采用前低后高的倾斜方式更为有效,当表面水力负荷为3 m^(3)/(m^(2)·h)时,浊度去除率最高为40.3%。With the characteristics of simple structure, low cost, convenient operation and management, and strong anti-impact load capacity, the horizontal sedimentation tank is widely utilized in drink water supply and wastewater treatment. However, due to many factors in actual operation, it is difficult to make a major breakthrough in operating load. The inclined tube sedimentation tank also has the issues of inclined tube collapse, water distribution mode and mud water separation to be further optimized. On the basis of horizontal sedimentation tank, high-efficiency sedimentation tube was added to investigate the influence of surface load and tilt mode on removal efficiency of turbidity and SS. The results showed that high efficiency of the mud water separation by the new tube, and relatively stable overall turbidity removal effect of the integrated device were achieved, the inclined mode of slope from back to front was more effective, and the turbidity removal rate was the highest 40.3% under the surface hydraulic load of 3 m^(3)/(m^(2)·h).
