摘 要:随着人们生活水平不断提高,餐厨垃圾产生量逐年增大,餐厨垃圾的处置问题日益严峻。使用机械预处理+厌氧消化的方式处理餐厨垃圾是目前许多大型餐厨垃圾处理厂的主流工艺,但在三相分离预处理后仍产生约7%~15%的有机残渣,如何进一步资源化利用有待研究。因此,本研究以常州市餐厨废弃物综合处置项目为例,通过将有机残渣厌氧消化和昆虫养殖2种不同的资源化方式进行对比研究,探讨有机残渣适合且经济的处理方式。研究结果表明相对于厌氧消化,昆虫养殖的经济效益提高了1倍,是一种较为经济的餐厨垃圾有机残渣资源化利用方式。With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the amount of kitchen waste was increasing year by year,and the problem of disposal of kitchen waste was becoming more and more serious. The use of mechanical pretreatment + anaerobic digestion to treat kitchen waste was the primary process of many large-scale kitchen waste treatment plants,but about 7%~15% of organic residues were still produced after three-phase separation pretreatment.How to further utilize resources remained to be studied. The comprehensive disposal project of kitchen waste in Changzhou was taken as an example. Through the comparative studied of anaerobic digestion and insect feeding of organic residues,the appropriate and economic treatment of organic residues was discussed. The research results showed that compared with anaerobic digestion,the economic benefit of insect feeding was doubled,and it was a relatively economical way of recycling organic residues of kitchen waste.
