摘　　要：为探究气相沉积法制备的碳纳米管纤维在反应器中运动情况,应用计算流体力学软件模拟了反应器管腔中的气体流场情况,基于珠-杆模型对流场中碳纳米管纤维进行了动力学分析和运动模拟。通过迭代计算,得到了碳纳米管纤维的瞬时运动状态和不同初始位置的纤维头端运动轨迹。模拟结果反映了碳纳米管纤维在反应器中的运动情况,初步解释了碳纳米管纤维制备过程中“袜筒”结构的成因。In order to investigate the movement of carbon nanotube fibers prepared by vapor deposition in the reactor,the gas flow field in the reactor cavity was simulated by computational fluid dynamics software.And the dynamics analysis and motion simulation of carbon nanotube fibers in the flow field were carried out based on the bear-rod model.By iterative calculation,the instantaneous motion state of carbon nanotube fibers and the trajectory of the fibers head at different initial positions were obtained.The simulation results reflect the movement of carbon nanotube fibers in the reactor,and preliminarily explain the cause of"sock"structure formation in the preparation process of carbon nanotube fibers.
