摘  要:高压真空断路器在投切电容器组时,由于断路器重燃引起的重燃过电压造成电容器极间绝缘损伤甚至击穿。本文针对某220 kV变电站35 kV并联电容器装置故障的现象及电容器损坏情况,结合故障录波图、真空断路器投切及保护定值的整定等,分析确定本次事故的原因是由于高压真空断路器在投切电容器装置过程中产生了重击穿过电压,导致电容器极间绝缘损坏。针对本次事故电容器损坏情况,从并联电容器装置的设备选型及保护整定等方面提出了相应的措施和建议,供现场运维技术人员参考。In case of switching capacitor bank by high voltage vacuum circuit breaker,reignition over voltage due to reignition of the circuit breaker causes insulation damage between poles of capacitor and even breakdown.In view of the fault circumstance of 35 kV shunt capacitor device and the damage of the capacitor of certain 220 kV substation and also in combination with the fault recording diagrams,switching of the vacuum circuit breaker and the setting of the protection value,it is defined by analysis that the cause for this fault is due to the re⁃strike over voltage of the high voltage vacuum circuit breaker during switching the capacitor device,which leads to insulation damage between poles of the capacitor.As for accident damage of the capacitor this time,the corresponding measures and suggestions from such aspects as equipment selection and protection setting of the shunt capacitor device are proposed for the reference of on⁃site operation and maintenance personnel.
