摘 要:传统统一电能质量控制器(UPQC)难以有效解决大幅度电压跌落问题,并且串并联侧存在耦合,控制相对复杂。为此,本文提出一种基于并联型电压源变换器的UPQC方案,能够克服传统UPQC的不足。新型UPQC拓扑由两个独立并联电压源型变换器组成,分别实现有源电力滤波器(APF)和动态电压恢复器(DVR)功能。提出了APF单元与DVR单元投切策略,针对DVR单元的控制,提出了基于DVR直流侧电压的分段式控制策略,给出了DVR直流侧电容器容量计算方法。研制了50 kVA样机,并通过第三方专业机构实验检测,检测结果验证了新型UPQC方案的可行性和有效性。It is difficult for the traditional unified power quality controller(UPQC)to effectively solve the deep voltage sag problem and the control is relatively complicated due to existence of coupling between the series and parallel sides.Therefore,a kind of UPQC scheme based on parallel voltage source converter is proposed in this paper,which can overcome the shortcomings of traditional UPQC.The new UPQC topology consists of two independent parallel voltage source converters,which realize active power filter(APF)and dynamic voltage regulator(DVR)functions respectively.The switching strategy of APF unit and DVR unit is proposed.For the control of DVR unit,a segment-type control strategy based on DVR DC side voltage is proposed,and the calculation method of capacitor capacityof DVR DC side is given.A 50 k VA prototype is developed and tested by a third-party professional test institution.Both feasibility and effectiveness of the new UPQC scheme are verified by the test.
