摘 要:以直流充电机为主的电动汽车快速充电将成为电动汽车充电的主要形式,其对电网带来的谐波影响不容忽视。电动汽车充电环境复杂,开展现场测试有利于准确反映其谐波发射特性。为此,本文对4个快充站点中的5种类型直流充电机开展了现场测试。首先介绍了测试对象和测试方法。然后,基于现场测试结果,分析了谐波发射水平与负载率的关系、不同类型充电机的谐波频谱特性以及谐波电流抵消效应;之后,围绕超高次谐波问题,分析了不同类型充电机的超高次谐波发射特性,并发现了充电站内存在的超高次谐波次生发射现象。通过现场测试,全面掌握了直流充电机的谐波发射特性,并对谐波的评估指标及限值的制定给出了建议。The rapid charging of electric vehicles based on DC chargers will become the main form of electric vehicle charging,but its harmonic impact on the power grid cannot be ignored.The charging environment of electric vehicles is complex,and development of site test is conducive to accurately reflect its harmonic emission characteristics.To this end,the site test on 5 types of DC chargers at 4 fast charging sites is performed.First,the test object and test metho dare introduced.Then,based on the test result at site,the relationship between the harmonic emission level and the load rate,the harmonic spectrum characteristics of different types of chargers and the harmonic current cancellation effect are analyzed.After that,in view of the ultra high harmonic the emission characteristics of different types of the chargers are analyzed,and the phenomenon of secondary emission in the charging site is discovered.Throughout test at site,the harmonic emission characteristic of DC charger is fully mastered and the suggestions on the formulation of the assessment index and limits of the harmonics are proposed.
