摘 要:非洲猪瘟病毒感染猪后导致广泛的出血性病变,并在家猪和欧亚野猪中具有高度的致死性,给猪群的健康带来了严重威胁。但由于目前仍未有安全有效的疫苗和药物问世,非洲猪瘟的防治工作仅限于严格的检疫和生物安全防控措施。为了更好地了解非洲猪瘟病毒并更有效地防控非洲猪瘟的流行,减少它对养猪业造成的巨大影响,本文概述了目前关于非洲猪瘟病毒特性、结构特征、感染和传播方式以及防治方法的研究进展,以期这些内容为未来开发合理、安全、有效的非洲猪瘟疫苗和治疗药物提供理论依据。African swine fever virus can cause extensive haemorrhage of pig organs,which will lead to high mortality in domestic pigs and Eurasian wild boars and bring a serious threat to the health of pigs and the safety of pig production.However,as there are still no safe and effective vaccines and drugs in use,the prevention and control of African swine fever rely on strict quarantine and biosafety measures.In order to better understand African swine fever virus and control the epidemic of African swine fever,and reduce its potential impact on swine husbandry,this paper summarized the current research progress on the virus characteristics,structural features,pathways of infection and transmission,as well as prevention and control methods,so that these contents can provide theoretical basis for the development and design of suitable,safe and effective anti-African swine fever virus vaccines and therapeutic drugs in the future.
