摘　　要：住宅建筑电气设计因政策、地域等的不同,有较大的差异。论文选取有代表性的北京地区保障性住房为研究对象,对其主要电气用房电气设计要点进行剖析和初步探索。从机房的设置和选址、电气竖井设置、强/弱电管线优化设计三方面详细探析保障性住宅建筑电气主要机房设计要点。There are great differences in electrical design of residential buildings due to different policies and regions.This paper selects the representative indemnificatory housing in Beijing as the research object,analyzes and preliminarily explores the main electrical design points of its main electrical housing,it discusses the design points of the main electrical room of affordable residential buildings in detail from three aspects:the setting and location of the room,the setting of the electric shaft,and the optimization design of the strong/weak current pipeline.
