摘　　要：借鉴知识管理理论的有关思想,从可持续发展观点出发,提出了实施规划管理知识化的设想,探讨了规划信息化的定位与发展思路,并以济南市为例,采用文本索引和搜索技术,建设了规划信息资源知识门户,作为探索规划管理知识化建设的实践。Based on the relevant ideas of knowledge management theory,this paper puts forward the idea of implementing the knowledge of planning management from the viewpoint of sustainable development,discusses the orientation and development ideas of planning informatization.And taking Ji’nan city as an example,using text index and search technology,a knowledge portal of planning information resources is built,as a practice to explore the knowledge construction of planning and management.
