摘  要:结合G4216线屏山新市至金阳段高速公路XJ14合同段的人工挖孔桩施工中出现的问题,采用门式定型化提升架配合塔吊辅助运渣,门式定型化提升架顶部横梁上设有提升卷扬机,解决了在复杂高陡地形工况下,机械不便进入,人工挖孔桩出渣困难的问题,提高了出渣施工效率。In this paper,combined with the problems in the construction of manual hole digging pile in XJ14 contract section of the expressway from Pingshan Xinshi to Jinyang section of G4216 line,the gantry type lifting frame and tower crane are adopted to assist slag transport.The lifting winch is set on the top beam of the portal shaped lifting frame,which solves the problems of inconvenient mechanical access and difficult slag discharge of manual hole digging pile under the working conditions of complex high and steep terrain,and the efficiency of slag removal construction has been improved.
