摘　　要：阐述新冠肺炎疫情属于不可抗力的相关条文支持,介绍建筑业不可抗力的索赔原则和索赔程序,分析不可抗力因素影响下,建筑工程索赔的内容,结合具体工程案例,计算并分析工期不予索赔、工期可以索赔以及费用索赔3种情况。This paper describes the relevant provisions supporting the COVID-19 outbreak as force majeure,introduces the principle and procedure of claim for force majeure in construction industry,analyzes the content of claim for construction engineering under the influence of force majeure,combining with the specific engineering cases,three cases of no claim for construction period,claim for construction period and claim for cost are calculated and analyzed.
