摘　　要：[目的/意义]试图建立图书馆数字资源采购决策支持问题的定量化模型和资源优化配置模拟智能算法,从而为图书馆数字资源采购提供更具有科学性的决策支持。[方法/过程]在每个电子数据库综合评分的基础上,采用0-1背包理论建立数字资源采购的数学模型,并设计了基于遗传智能的数字资源采购决策支持模型和优化配置流程。[结果/结论]优化算法得出的方案其总体得分均高于实际采购方案的得分。[Purpose/significance] The paper attempts to establish a quantitative model of library digital resource procurement decision support problem and an intelligent algorithm for resource optimization allocation simulation,so as to provide more scientific decision support for library digital resource procurement.[Method/process] Based on the comprehensive score of each electronic database,the paper establishes a mathematical model of digital resource procurement by using 0-1 knapsack theory,and designs the decision support model and optimal allocation process of digital resource procurement based on genetic intelligence.[Result/conclusion] The overall score of the scheme obtained by the optimization algorithm is higher than that of the actual procurement scheme.
