摘  要:随着油田的开发,注水井欠注日益严重,影响油田的开发效益。泵站增压是注水井增注的主要措施之一,但受到注水管网、地层物性的影响,增压值与增注量的关系难以确定。提出注水井增注量的简易计算方法,采用现场经验公式计算各注水井的吸水指数,建立吸水指数与注水量及井口注水压力的关系,为注水井增注量的计算提供简便方法。以新疆油田采油二厂803泵站注水管网为例,对8363单井进行增注分析,计算得到泵站压力提高2 MPa,片区增注量102.56 m^(3)/d,与Pipephase模拟结果误差为0.23 MPa。同时计算不同原油价格和含水率条件下增注增产带来的收益,并与增注增加的电力费用对比。Along the exploitation of oilfield,the under injection becomes increasingly serious in water injection wells, which undermines the exploitation efficiency of oilfield. What’s more, pumping station pressurization is one of the main measures to augment injection of water injection wells,but the relationship between pressurization value and augmented injection volume is difficult to determine due to the influence of water injection pipe network and strata physical property.In view of the above situation,a simple calculation method for augment injection volume of water injection wells is put forward.This method is used to calculate the water absorption index of each water injection well by using empirical formula and establish the relationship between water absorption index and water injection volume and wellhead water injection pressure so as to provide a simple method to the augment injection volume of water injection wells.Taking 803 pump station water injection of the second oil production plant of Xinjiang oilfield as an example,the augment injection of 8 363 single well is analyzed.It is calculated that the pressure of the pump station is increased by 2 MPa.The augment injection volume in the area is 102.56 m^(3)/d and the error with the Pipephase simulation result is 0.23 MPa.Most importantly,the benefits of increasing injection and production are calculated under different crude oil prices and water cut and is compared with the increased power cost.
