摘 要:随着油田含水的上升,抽油机井杆管偏磨状况日趋严重。以往在抽油杆上安装一定数量的尼龙扶正器,避免抽油杆与油管直接接触,起到了一定的防护作用。但是由于扶正器窜位、磨杆、失效等原因,偏磨仍然是油田检泵施工的主要因素。拉杆泵技术是近年来兴起的一项减缓杆管偏磨的技术,通过理论分析受力状态,拉杆泵能够利用管柱内外的压力差,对杆柱形成下拉力,有助于减缓杆管摩擦磨损。现场应用7口井,利用示功图和杆柱载荷拉力计进行了验证效果。应用拉杆泵后,平均节电率达到了15.48%,平均系统效率提高6.14%,无杆管偏磨现象的发生。With the increasing of oilfield water cut, the phenornenon of eccentric wear of sucker rod and tubing is becoming more and more serious. In the past, a certain number of nylon centralizers were installed on the sucker rod to avoid direct contact between the sucker rod and the oil pipe,which played a certain protective role. However, due to centralizer displacement, centralizer rod grinding, centralizer failure and other reasons, eccentric wear is still the main factor in pump inspection and construction in oilfield. The rod pump technology is the technology that has emerged in recent years to slow down the eccentric wear of rod and pipe. Through theoretical analysis of the stress state, the rod pump can form a downward pull force on the rod column by using the pressure difference inside and outside the pipe column, which is helpful to slow down the friction and wear of rod and pipe.Even more to the point,seven wells were applied in the field to analyze the force condition of the rod pump during production and operation and the effect was verified by using the dynamometer diagram and the rod load tension meter. After applying the rod pump, the average power saving rate reached 15.48% and the average system efficiency was improved by 6.14%, which was no eccentric wear of the rod pipe.
