摘　　要：以河北省第四届(邯郸)园林博览会项目中的不规则造型混凝土挂板为研究对象,对项目深化设计、施工材料生产加工、现场拼装等EPC项目实施过程的各个环节进行了较为全面的阐述,尤其是对该项目实施过程中涉及的BIM模型修正、BIM混凝土砌块加工、砌块现场拼接等重要工序中BIM技术的应用要点进行了详细的介绍。In this paper,the irregularly shaped concrete hanging panels in the 4th(Handan)Garden Expo in Hebei Province are taken as the research object,and all aspects of EPC project implementation process such as project deepening design,production and processing of construction materials,and on-site assembly are comprehensively expounded,especially the application points of BIM technology in important processes such as BIM model modification,BIM concrete block processing and block on-site assembly involved in the project implementation process are introduced in detail.
