摘 要:以高寒高海拔地区影响风机塔筒底部高强灌浆施工质量为切入点,分析了风机塔筒底部高强灌浆料的主要特性,通过现场调查与试验,研究了高寒高海拔地区影响风机高强灌浆质量的因素,从施工管理、设备选型及维护、灌浆料选型和保管、风的影响及量测精度等方面展开分析并采取应对措施。结果表明:高强灌浆料抗压强度及密实度合格率由之前的71.4%提升至100%。Taking the influence of high-strength grouting construction quality at the bottom of fan tower in severe cold and high altitude area as the starting point,this paper analyzes the main characteristics of high-strength grouting material at the bottom of fan tower.Through the combination of field investigation and test,this paper studies the factors affecting the high-strength grouting quality of fan in severe cold and high altitude area,analyzes the construction management,equipment selection and maintenance,grouting material selection and storage,the influence of wind and measurement accuracy,and takes corresponding measures.The results show that the qualified rate of compressive strength and compactness of high-strength grouting material has increased from 71.4%to 100%.
