药品仓储工程中KST板施工技术的运用分析

摘　　要：以松山湖生物药品研发及产业化项目为例,论文在了解KST板构成与优势的基础上,指出了药品仓储工程中KST板施工需从施工准备、板材堆放与预埋件安装、基层处理、测量放线等环节入手,保证吊装、焊接等施工环节的精细化与可靠性,确保KST板施工质量的同时,逐步推广KST板施工技术的运用。Taking Songshanhu Biological Drug Research and Development and Industrialization Project as an example,on the basis of understanding the composition and advantages of KST board,this paper points out that the construction of KST board in pharmaceutical warehouse engineering should start from the steps of construction preparation,plate stacking and embedded parts installation,base treatment,measurement and laying out,so as to ensure the refinement and reliability of construction links such as lifting and welding,ensure construction quality of KST board at the same time,and gradually promote the use of KST board construction technology.
