摘　　要：为了增强铁路段修车库新风系统安装工程费用预算的管理效果,提高预算的准确性,论文研究铁路段修车库新风系统安装工程费用预算管理体系。设计费用预算管理组织,构建费用管理体系结构;建立招投标阶段合格供方库,控制安装工程的预算费用;动态划分成本部门职责,管理安装工程费用,制定费用超限改进措施。经实验论证分析,构建的费用预算管理体系得到的预算结果与实际工程费用差距很小,说明该管理体系的预算结果准确性较高,提高了费用预算的管理效果。In order to enhance the management effect of the cost budget of the fresh air system installation project in the railway depot repair garage and improve the accuracy of the budget,the paper studies the railway section repair garage fresh air system installation project cost budget management system,designs the cost budget management organization,constructs the cost management system structure;sets up the qualified supplier database in the bidding stage,controls the budget cost of the installation project;dynamically divides the responsibilities of the cost department,manages the cost of the installation project,formulates the improvement measures for the cost exceeding the limit.Through experimental demonstration and analysis,the cost gap between the budget result of the constructed cost budget management system and the actual project cost is small,indicating that the budget result of the management system is highly accurate and improves the management effect of cost budget.
