摘 要:研究了主要工艺参数对高强钢窄间隙激光填丝焊鼓胀区的影响。通过测量不同工艺条件下焊缝鼓胀区的宽度W_(max)及其距焊缝表面的距离d,建立了主要焊接参数与鼓胀区尺寸之间的关系。研究结果表明焊丝与母材吸收能量的比例大小是影响鼓胀区宽度及位置主要因素,减小激光功率、增加焊速和送丝速度能够减小鼓胀区。进一步提出了不同鼓胀角β<30°与β>60°的工艺区间,并且减小鼓胀角β是获得大深宽比条件下无凝固裂纹焊缝的有效方法。The influence of the main process parameters on the bulging region of high-strength steel in narrow gap laser welding with filler wire was studied. By measuring the width W_(max)of the weld bulging region and its distance d from the weld surface under different process conditions, the relationship between the main welding parameters and the bulging region size was established. The research results show that the ratio of the energy absorbed by the welding wire to the base metal is the main factor affecting the width and position of the bulging region. Reducing the laser power, increasing the welding speed and wire feeding can reduce the bulging region. The process range of different bulging angles β<30° and >60°is further proposed, and reducing the bulging angle β is an effective method to obtain solidification-free crack-free welds under the condition of large aspect ratio.
