摘  要:硫酸生产车间副产的硫酸铵主要用于后续磷复肥成品的生产,为避免它对复肥成品的养分产生较大影响,添加量不大。为了解决副产硫酸铵的再利用问题,试验研究了将硫酸铵替代部分硫酸分解磷矿石生产磷酸的方案可行性,主要考察了硫酸铵的加入对磷矿石分解、磷石膏结晶及氮收率的影响,得到硫酸铵的最大加入量。试验结果表明,硫酸铵替代部分硫酸分解磷矿石能减少50%的硫酸用量,同时氮收率达到90%以上。Ammonium sulphate,as a by-product from the sulphuric acid plant,is typically used for the subsequent production of compound fertilizer.However,the feed volume is not big,in order to avoid impact on the nutrients of the compound fertilizer product.In order to solve the problem of reuse of by-product ammonium sulphate,the feasibility of using ammonium sulphate to replace part of sulfuric acid to decompose phosphate rock to produce phosphoric acid was studied.The impact on the decomposition of phosphate rock,phosphogypsum crystallization,and nitrogen yield by adding ammonium sulphate was investigated.The maximum amount of ammonium sulfate added was obtained.The test results show that replacing part of sulfuric acid with ammonium sulfate to decompose phosphate rock can reduce the amount of sulfuric acid by 50%,and the nitrogen yield can reach more than 90%.
