摘 要:在磷复肥行业生产过程中,收尘系统常存在正压冒灰、操作环境差、收尘风管易堵塞、难清理,施工阶段风管、溜槽制作复杂、安装难度大等诸多问题。从防尘密闭罩与排风罩的设置、排风量和最小负压值的确定、除尘器和除尘风管的设计等方面,提出了磷复肥装置收尘系统的设计方案,以实现磷复肥企业清洁生产,提高资源利用率,减少污染物排放,改善工厂操作环境。In the production process of the phosphorus compound fertilizer industry,the dust collection system typically comes with many problems,such as positive pressure ash escape,poor operating environment,potential blockage of dust collection air ducts,difficulty of cleaning,complicated air duct and chute fabrication during construction,and difficulty in installation.From the aspects of provision of dustproof airtight cover and exhaust cover,determination of exhaust air volume and minimum negative pressure value,design of dust collector and dust removal air duct,etc.,the design scheme is proposed for the dust collection system in the compound phosphate fertilizer plant,in order to achieve clean production,improve resource utilization,reduce pollutant emissions,and improve the plant operating environment.
