摘  要:结合国内烟气氨法脱硫的技术特点和装置运行现状,提出:用脱硫溶液生产湿法磷酸、磷酸二铵、磷酸一铵、复混肥等,以优化产品结构;优化工艺过程控制参数,如脱硫溶液氧化率、COD和灰分浓度,收紧硫酸铵生产中其他相关指标的控制范围;用废氨水作为脱硫剂,或用高氨氮污水和尿素解析废液配制成氨水作为脱硫剂,以优化生态环境和资源配置,从而促进氨法脱硫技术的良性循环和健康发展。Based on the technical characteristics of domestic ammonia process flue gas desulfurization and the operation status of the plant,it is proposed that the desulfurization solution is used to produce wet-process phosphoric acid,diammonium phosphate,monoammonium phosphate,compound fertilizer,etc.,in order to optimize the product structure;optimize the process control parameters,such as the oxidation rate of the desulfurization solution,COD and ash concentration,and tighten the control range of other related indicators in the production of ammonium sulphate;use waste ammonia water as a desulfurizing agent,or use high ammonia nitrogen sewage and urea desorption waste liquid to prepare ammonia water as a desulfurizing agent,in order to optimize the ecological environment and resource allocation,thereby promoting the virtuous cycle and healthy development of ammonia desulfurization technology.
