摘  要:由于萤石资源的短缺和环境保护要求的不断提高,磷肥副产氟资源法将是未来冰晶石生产的主要方法。介绍了铝工业用高分子比冰晶石的技术要求,分别分析了用磷肥副产的氟硅酸和氟硅酸钠生产高分子比冰晶石的技术路线,认为氟硅酸钠—碳酸钠法副产高分子比冰晶石工艺为佳。Due to the shortage of fluorspar resources and the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements,the method of using fluorine resources as by-product of phosphate fertilizer will be the main method of cryolite production in the future.The technical requirements of high molecular ratio cryolite used in aluminum industry were introduced,and the technical route of producing high molecular ratio cryolite by using fluorosilicic acid and sodium fluorosilicate as by-products of phosphate fertilizer were analyzed respectively.It is concluded that the production of high molecular ratio with sodium fluorosilicate-sodium carbonate process is better than the cryolite process.
