摘　　要：破碎、筛分机械作为煤炭加工处理的关键设备,其可靠性影响着整套气化装置运行所需的合格原料的稳定供给。介绍了常用的几种破碎筛分设备的工作原理及其特点,并针对原煤的物理特性和煤化工生产的工艺要求,结合输煤系统的工程设计实例,探讨了原煤加工设备的适用工况及其选用要点。Crushing and screening machinery is the key equipment for coal processing,and its reliability determines the stable supply of qualified raw materials required for the operation of the entire gasification unit.The working principles and characteristics of several types of commonly used crushing and screening equipment are introduced.According to the physical characteristics of raw coal and the technological requirements of coal chemical production,based on the actual engineering design example of the coal conveying system,the applicable working conditions and selection considerations of the raw coal processing equipment are discussed.
