摘　　要：针对某催化裂化装置配套的动力能量回收机组中的轴流压缩机在运转过程中出现的轴承振动值超标问题,分析了其振动值超标的原因并进行了故障点排查,确定了有针对性地采取了轴承振动故障处理措施,使机组能够顺利开车成功,达到了良好效果。For the problem of excessive bearing vibration value during the operation of the axial flow compressor in the power energy recovery unit of a catalytic cracking unit,the causes for the excessive vibration value are analyzed and the fault points are checked.Measures to deal with bearing vibration faults are identified,so that the unit can start successfully and achieve good results.
