摘　　要：硫酸钾型复合肥因水溶性好、养分均匀、易被农作物吸收,养分释放平稳,肥效快并保持长久等优点,能作为特肥使用。介绍了用大型磷酸二铵装置改为生产硫酸钾型复合肥时所用原料与产品的质量要求,生产工艺流程,设备改造,生产控制指标、控制要点、管理措施,以及产品特点和开发前景等。Potassium sulphate type compound fertilizer can be used as special fertilizer due to its advantages of good water solubility,uniform nutrients,easy absorption by crops,stable nutrient release,fast fertilizer efficiency and long-term sustenance.The quality requirements of raw materials and products,production process flow,equipment modification,production control indicators,control points,management measures,as well as product characteristics and development prospects,etc.,are described for changing the large-scale diammonium phosphate plant into production of potassium sulphate type compound fertilizer.
