摘　　要：某公司磷酸、磷铵装置生产过程中发生数次窜酸事故,不仅影响了装置的正常运行,还造成了设备、管线被腐蚀。系统性分析了窜酸事故发生的原因及事故过程中存在的问题,有针对性地采取了预防措施及改造措施,以保障装置的长期稳定运行。Several acid channeling accidents occurred in the production process of phosphoric acid and ammonium phosphate plant of a company,which not only affected the normal operation of the plant,but also caused corrosion of equipment and pipes.The causes of the acid channeling accident and the problems existing in the accident are systematically analyzed,and preventive measures and revamp measures are taken in a targeted manner to ensure the long-term stable operation of the plant.
