摘　　要：智能网联汽车作为汽车产业内的一个新兴方向,世界各国都在积极布局。2015年,《中国制造2025》首次提出智能网联汽车的概念,江苏抢抓新兴产业发展机遇,培育智能网联汽车集群高质量发展。文章分析总结了江苏省智能网联汽车产业现状,以苏州相城区为例,对政策环境、产业基础、产业链创新链融合发展等方面进行梳理分析,总结了江苏智能网联汽车发展所面临的问题,提出了完善组织架构、壮大车联网产业集群、加强产学研合作、加快基础建设、开展全域示范应用等建议,对助推江苏省智能网联汽车高质量发展具有一定的借鉴意义。As an emerging direction in the automotive industry, intelligent connected vehicles are being actively deployed around the world. In 2015, Made in China 2025 put forward the concept of intelligent connected vehicles for the first time. Jiangsu seized the development opportunity of emerging industries and cultivated high-quality development of intelligent connected vehicle clusters. The article analyzes and summarizes the current situation of the intelligent connected vehicle industry in Jiangsu province. Taking Xiangcheng district, Suzhou, as an example, it combs and analyzes the policy environment, industrial foundation, integration and development of the innovation chain of the industrial chain, summarizes the problems faced by the development of intelligent connected vehicles in Jiangsu,and puts forward suggestions such as improving the organizational structure, strengthening the industrial cluster of the Internet of vehicles, strengthening the cooperation between industry, education and research, speeding up infrastructure construction, and carrying out demonstration applications across the region. It has certain reference significance to boost the high-quality development of intelligent connected vehicles in Jiangsu province.
