我国高校图书馆文献传递服务发展策略研究

摘　　要：我国高校图书馆文献传递服务面临宣传不到位、系统使用流程较复杂、文献传输时效性弱及文献传输总量难突破的困境。文章阐述了新兴的商业文献服务机构具有社群化组织管理、简单易用的规范操作、文献服务满足率高、文献服务量大的模式特点。以此为鉴,未来高校图书馆文献传递服务需要加大宣传力度、做好沟通协调工作、简化操作流程、满足读者高难度的文献需求,从而获得长足发展。The literature delivery service of university libraries in China is faced with the dilemma of inadequate publicity, complex system use process, weak timeliness of literature transmission and difficulty in breaking through the total amount of literature transmission. This paper expounds that the emerging commercial literature service institutions have the characteristics of community organization and management, simple and easy to use standardized operation,high satisfaction rate of literature services, and large volume of literature services. With this as a reference, the literature delivery service of university libraries in the future needs to increase publicity, do a good job in communication and coordination, simplify the operation process, and meet the readers’ difficult literature needs, so as to achieve considerable development.
