疫情视阈下农民工就业的政府网站信息服务研究

摘　　要：疫情背景下,农民工作为信息弱势群体,面临就业信息渠道不畅等问题。政府应处于主导地位,提升就业信息服务水平,为农民工提供更有针对性的优质就业信息服务。文章主要对疫情防控期间3个关于农民工就业的政府网站信息服务问题进行探讨,依据数据发布、获取和交互3个指标分析服务内容,研究发现农民工就业的政府网站信息服务存在信息发布内容重复、信息获取质量不高、信息交互不到位的问题。政府应加强网站数据管理和建设,高效发布就业信息;提高信息获取的质量,拓宽信息来源渠道;优化网站互动、咨询服务机制,提高网站交互性。Under the background of the epidemic, migrant workers, as vulnerable groups of information, are facing problems such as poor employment information channels. The government should be in a dominant position to improve the level of employment information services and provide more targeted and high-quality employment information services for migrant workers. This paper mainly discusses information services of three government website about the employment of migrant workers during the epidemic, and analyzes the service content according to the three indicators of data release, acquisition and interaction, finding that the government website information service for the employment of migrant workers has the problems of double posting of information, low quality of information acquisition, and insufficient information interaction. The government should strengthen the management and construction of website data, efficiently publish employment information;improve the quality of information acquisition and broaden the channels of information sources;optimize website interaction and consulting service mechanisms to improve website interactivity.
