摘 要:通过传统无纺布膜生物反应器(MBR)与外加电场无纺布膜生物反应器(EMBR)在同样操作条件下进行对比实验,研究污染物质被去除的效果、膜污染的控制以及污泥特性等问题。结果表明:MBR和EMBR出水的COD平均质量浓度分别为23.01,13.20 mg·L^(-1),EMBR出水的COD平均去除率为95.15%,要大于对照系统的91.77%。MBR出水的氨氮平均去除率为90.03%,而EMBR的则为92.09%。MBR出水的总磷(TP)去除率达到22.87%,EMBR有更高的TP去除效果,去除率达到43.59%。MBR和EMBR出水的平均浊度分别为3.72,3.31 NTU,且两者的浊度去除率分别为92.98%,93.13%。MBR污泥的平均质量浓度为5034 mg·L^(-1),而EMBR污泥的平均质量浓度为7957 mg·L^(-1),对比MBR污泥的平均质量浓度增加2923 mg·L^(-1)。整体上EMBR污泥的污泥容积指数(SVI)值低于MBR污泥的SVI值。试验表明EMBR有更低的膜污染增长速率,而无纺布膜的表征结果说明电场的存在可以缓解无纺布膜表面的膜污染。Through the traditional non-woven membrane bioreactor(MBR)and the applied electric field of non-woven membrane bioreactor(EMBR)contrast experiment under the same operating conditions,the effect of the removal of contaminants,control membrane pollution and the characteristics of the sludge,and other issues were investigated in this study.Results showed that the COD of the water two devices average concentration were 23.01 mg·L^(-1),13.20 mg·L^(-1),and the EMBR effluent COD removal rate was reached to an average of 95.15%,which was higher than 91.77%of the control system.Average of MBR effluent ammonia nitrogen removal rate was 90.03%,and 92.09%of EMBR.Effluent TP removal rate of 22.87%,EMBR had a higher TP removal effect,and the removal rate reached 43.59%.The MBR and EMBR average effluent turbidity and removal rate of turbidity were 3.72,3.31 NTU;92.98%,and 93.13%.The average sludge concentration of MBR was 5034 mg·L^(-1),and that of EMBR was 7957 mg·L^(-1).Compared with MBR,the average sludge concentration increased by 2923 mg·L^(-1).Overall EMBR SVI value was below the MBR SVI value of sludge.Experiments EMBR have lower membrane fouling growth rate,and characterization of non-woven membrane showed that the existence of the electric field can relieve non-woven film on the surface of membrane pollution.
