摘  要:为了提升多物理场仿真技术的使用便捷性、减少冗余操作和提高继电器产品设计效率,开发了小型直流继电器多物理场仿真平台。借助仿真平台能够实现结构修改后继电器模型的建立和仿真。仿真平台基于MATLAB GUI搭建,继电器电磁系统模型和机械动力学模型分别基于麦克斯韦定律和连续介质力学理论建立,机械动力学模型通过APDL建立及修改,电磁系统模型通过手动操作和VBScript脚本建立及修改。通过编写程序控制不同物理场模型运行和数据交互,实现继电器多物理场耦合。通过对仿真平台继电器仿真和样机实测结果的对比验证了模型和仿真平台的准确性。In order to improve the convenience of multi physical field simulation technology,reduce redundant operation and improve the efficiency of relay product design,a multi physical field simulation platform of miniature DC relay is developed.With the help of the simulation platform,the establishment and Simulation of the relay model after structure modification can be realized.The simulation platform is built based on MATLAB GUI.The relay electromagnetic system model and mechanical dynamics model are established based on Maxwell's law and continuum mechanics theory respectively.The mechanical dynamics model is established and modified by APDL,and the electromagnetic system model is established and modified by manual operation and VBScript.By writing programs to control the operation and data interaction of different physical field models,the multi physical field coupling of relay is realized.The accuracy of the model and simulation platform is verified by comparing the relay simulation results of the simulation platform with the measured results of the prototype.
