基于物联网的医疗危急呼叫管理系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：针对医院医疗危急呼叫种类多、途径杂、频率高,易使医护人员产生“呼叫疲劳”的现象,设计搭建基于物联网的医疗危急呼叫管理系统,以提高呼叫效率,保障医疗质量安全。具体为利用物联网设备采集不同品牌、型号监护仪器的信息,并和医院信息系统进行对接,与危急值等危象数据整合,制作统计报表。设置危急呼叫规则,通过可穿戴设备定向呼叫医护人员。通过实施医院所有危急呼叫信息统一管理,按需推送。医护人员也能通过统计报表对患者病情整体把控。医疗危急呼叫管理系统能有效提高医护人员判断呼叫信息的效率,提升医疗质量,具有较强的现实意义。Hospital medical emergency calls are often characterized by various kinds,complex channels and high frequency,which may easily cause“call fatigue”among medical staff.In order to improve the call efficiency and ensure the medical quality and safety,a medical emergency call management system was built based on the Internet of Things(IoT).The Internet of Things equipment was used to collect information of monitoring instruments for different medical equipment,and it was connected with the hospital information system,integrated with critical value,and final statistical reports are made.Setting up call rules to remind medical staff directedly through IoT devices.All emergency call information in the hospital was managed in a unified manner and sent on demand.Medical staff can also control the overall condition of patients with statistical reports.The medical emergency call management system can effectively improve the efficiency of judging call information in medical staff and enhance the quality of medical care,which benefits with strong practical significance.
