病证结合模式下半夏泻心汤治疗慢性胃炎的临床思路

摘　　要：慢性胃炎的基本病机为本虚标实、寒热错杂、升降失司,脾虚气滞是其核心病机。半夏泻心汤的方药构成反映了脾胃病治疗的核心治则,即顾虚实、调寒热、复升降,并契合慢性胃炎的病证特点。因此,将半夏泻心汤作为慢性胃炎的专方,有着内在理论依据,符合传统医学的临床辨治思维。病证结合模式下把握半夏泻心汤的组方思路,更有助于提高临床诊治慢性胃炎的疗效。The basic pathogenesis of chronic gastritis covers three areas,including deficiency complicated with excess,cold intermingled with hot,qi's rise and fall in disorder.And the core pathogenesis of chronic gastritis is deficiency of spleen and stagnation of qi.The composition of Banxia Xiexin Decoction reflects the core treatment of spleen and stomach diseases,which takes into account both deficiency and excess,cold and hot,rise and fall.It is consistent with the characteristics of chronic gastritis.Therefore,take Banxia Xiexin Decoction as a special prescription for chronic gastritis,which has an inherent theoretical basis and meet the thinking of clinical diagnosis and treatment in line with TCM.Based on the combination of disease and syndrome model,grasping the formula of Banxia Xiexin Decoction helps to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic gastritis.
