摘　　要：咽部疾病是耳鼻喉科临床常见病,包括扁桃体疾病及咽喉部疾病,多发生于生活习惯不良、特殊职业人群及体质差者,中医病因主要由脏腑虚弱,气血不足,咽部失养或因邪滞于咽所致。咽喉是人体不可或缺的免疫保护屏障,乃肺系之门户,咽部疾病不但会造成咽喉功能损伤,造成咽喉肿痛,或咽干、异物感、沙哑、咽痒不适,呼吸困难等,甚至可能并发中耳炎、鼻窦炎等耳鼻科疾病,对患者的正常生活质量有着严重的影响。旴江谢氏在医治咽部疾病首选外治法为刺营微创疗法,该法简洁价廉,无副作用,安全可靠。近年来刺营微创疗法逐渐被普遍运用,为咽部疾病患者带来了福音。现对近5年旴江医学针刀刺营法在咽部疾病治疗中的研究近况进行探析。Pharyngeal diseases are common clinical diseases in otorhinolaryngology,including tonsillar diseases and throat diseases.They are mostly caused by poor living habits,special occupational groups and poor physique.The etiology of traditional Chinese medicine is mainly caused by weakness of viscera,insufficient blood and blood,loss of nourishment in the pharynx or stagnation of pathogenic factors in the pharynx.Throat is an indispensable immune protection barrier for human body,and it is the portal of lung system.The diseases of pharynx not only cause the function damage of the throat,but also cause swelling and pain of the throat,or the throat dry,foreign body feeling,hoarseness,itching,dyspnea,and even the complications of otorhinopathy such as otitis media and sinusitis,which have a serious impact on the normal quality of life of the patients.The first external treatment for pharyngeal diseases is the minimally invasive therapy of acupuncture camp.This method is simple and cheap,without side effects,and is safe and reliable.In recent years,the minimally invasive therapy of acupuncture camp has been widely used,which has brought good news to patients with pharyngeal diseases.Next,the current situation of the research on the treatment of pharyngeal diseases by the method of needle knife stabbing in the past five years will be analyzed.
