金橘化学成分、药理作用及临床应用研究进展

摘　　要：金橘为芸香科药食同源植物,含有单萜、倍半萜、三萜、黄酮以及其他类化学成分,具有抗氧化、抗菌、抗癌、抗炎和降血脂等多种药理活性,临床上主要用于消化类、泌尿类和呼吸类等疾病。然而,临床上多用于传统应用,其现代药理活性开发应用较少。故系统地综述了金橘中的化学成分、药理活性及其临床应用研究进展,以期为其进一步深入研究及开发利用提供依据和参考。Fortunella margarita,the plant of homology of medicine and food blongs to the retaceae,it contains monoterpenes,sesquiterpenses,triterpenes,flavonoids and other chemical components,which has multiple pharmacological activities with antioxidant,antibacterial,anticancer,anti-inflammatory andhypolipidemic.Clinically,it is mainly used in digesive,urology and respiratory diseases.However,it is mostly used clinically for traditional application,and it's modern pharmacological activity is less developed and applied.Therefore,this paper systematically reviews the research progress on the chemical composition,pharmacological activities and clinical application,in order to provide basis and reference for the further in-deep study,application and development of Fortunella margarita.
