摘  要:为了建立东方百合茎尖组培脱毒体系,筛选出茎尖直接再生小鳞茎适宜培养基配方,指导百合种球脱毒生产。试验采用正交设计,以东方百合杂种系品种西伯利亚茎尖为试验材料,对培养基激素种类和糖浓度组合对茎尖接种成活率和小鳞茎诱导率的影响进行了探讨。结果表明,处理J5培养基(MS+6-BA 1 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L+琼脂6 g/L),西伯利亚茎尖成活率为70%,小鳞茎诱导率为85.51%,显著高于其它处理,为试验条件下的最佳培养基配方。In order to establish the virus-free system of oriental lily and screen out the suitable medium for direct induction of bulblet from ‘Siberia’ shoot tips, the suitable hormone and sugar concentration were studied. In this experiment, the shoot tips of ‘Siberia’ were used as explants to study the culture medium for direct induction of bulblets through the survival rate of shoot tips inoculation and the induction rate of bulblets. Considering the survival rate of shoot tip inoculatin and bulblet induction rate, the results show that J5 medium(MS + 6-BA 1 mg/L + IBA 0.2 mg/L + sucrose 30 g/L+agar 6 g/L) was the best with the survival rate of shoot tip was 70% and the induction rate of bulblet was 85.51%. This experiment can provide reference for the virus-free rapid propagation of ‘Siberia’.
