摘　　要：发展农业社会化服务是实现乡村产业振兴、构建现代农业经营体系、转变农业发展方式、加快推进农业现代化的重大举措。近年来农业社会化服务体系逐步完善,但在公益服务供给、村级组织作用、全产业链运行和技术管理等方面还需要实现进一步的突破。优化农业社会化服务体系,需要充分发挥政府导向作用和市场经济优势,利用现代信息手段和信息资源,加快培育专业化、多业态的服务主体。Developing agricultural socialized services is an important measure to achieve the revitalization of rural industries, build a modern agricultural management system, change the mode of agricultural development, and accelerate agricultural modernization.In recent years, the agricultural socialized service system has been gradually improved, but further breakthroughs need to be made in the supply of public welfare services, the role of village level organizations, the operation of the whole industrial chain and technical management.To optimize the city′s agricultural socialized service system, we need to take full advantage of the government′s guiding role and market economy, make use of modern information means and information resources, and accelerate the cultivation of specialized and diversified service providers.
