摘　　要：桥梁是我国交通网络的重要组成部分,现阶段我国位于高速铁路建设的高潮阶段,我国的高速铁路施工建设技术位于世界前列,在具体项目施工时,常采用箱型结构简支梁。负责生产箱梁的制梁场对施工工期、工程质量、经济方面有很重要的影响,因此,通过大量的实际现场施工经验,归纳了预制梁场建厂和生产过程中的需要测量监控的几种项目类型,并对制梁场中的制梁台座、存梁台座、龙门吊基础和拌和站粉罐基础沉降、梁体上拱度、预制梁徐变等观测监控技术要点进行了论述。Bridge is an important part of China's transportation network,at this stage,China is in the climax of high-speed railway construction,China's high-speed railway construction technology is in the forefront of the world,in the specific project construction,often use box structure simply beam.The girder making plant responsible for the production of box girder has a very important impact on the construction period,project quality and economy.Therefore,this paper summarizes several project types that need to be measured and monitored in the construction and production process of the precast girder plant through a large number of practical construction experience.The main points of observation and monitoring technology,such as beam making pedestal,beam storage pedestal,gantry hanging foundation and powder tank foundation settlement,camber of beam body and creep of prefabricated beam,are discussed.
