摘 要:中低速磁浮直线感应电动机的静力试验是一个重要试验,是验证磁浮直线电机性能的一个重要手段。直线感应电机计算模型很难精确计算出静力特性。为了测试出磁浮直线感应电机的静力特性,通过有限元仿真方法,先计算出直线电机静力容量,再设计一套满足磁浮直线电机不同安装接口的试验装置。通过试验装置完成静力试验和数据分析,从而验证磁浮直线电动机仿真模型的准确性,提高了设计和试验能力。The static force test of medium-and low-speed maglev linear induction motor is an important one,which is an important means to verify the performance of maglev linear motor.The static force characteristic is difficult to be calculated accurately with the model of linear induction motor.In order to test the static force characteristic of maglev linear induction motor,the static force capacity of linear motor was calculated firstly through finite-element simulation method,and then a set of test device which meets the different installation interfaces of the motor was designed.The accuracy of the simulation model of maglev linear motor was verified after static force test and data analysis with the test device,which improve the design and test capabilities.
