摘 要:以一台160kW永磁屏蔽电机为研究对象,开展了电磁参数的设计优化研究。在初步确定了电机的主要尺寸的基础上,对定子槽数、气隙长度、槽楔等电磁参数进行了多方案对比分析,从而确定最优方案。此外,对屏蔽套材料和永磁体材料也进行了论证分析。针对定子屏蔽套损耗分别采用解析公式和有限元分析的方法进行了计算,两种方法计算结果接近。最后,对电机效率和功率因数进行复核,满足指标要求。Taking a 160 kW permanent-magnet canned motor as the research object,this paper carries out the research on optimization design of electromagnetic parameters.On the basis of preliminary determination of main dimensions,the electromagnetic parameters in multiple schemes such as stator slot numbers,air-gap lengths and slot wedges are compared and analyzed so as to determine the optimal scheme.In addition,the canned shield material and permanent magnets material are also demonstrated and analyzed.The canned shield loss of stator is calculated by analytical formula and finite-element method respectively,and their results are close to each other.Finally,the efficiency and power factor of the motor are checked,which meet the technical requirements.
