摘  要:隔爆型电机在开展深井作业以及特殊场合相关作业时,是整个配套系统中最关键的动力装置,为了最大限度的防止运行过程中出现运行失误和设备故障,需要强化装置的日常维修和保养,促进整体运行过程效率的提升。其中抱轴故障是系统运行过程中最为常见的故障之一,因此本文结合着实际一线的生产现状,分别从电机基础结构、配件形变特性、转自重量参数以及轴承游隙等内容对隔爆型电机的故障因素进行综合分析,并对日常维护策略进行综合探讨。The flameproof motor is the most critical power equipment in the whole supporting system in the deep well operation and the related special occasion operation.In order to furthest prevent from the operation errors and equipment failures in the operation process,it is necessary to strengthen the daily repair and maintenance of the equipment and promote the efficiency improvement of the equipment in overall operation process.The failure of nonclearence between bearing and shaft is one of the most common fault in the process of system operation,so this paper comprehensively analyzes the fault factors of flameproof motor from motor basis structure,parts deformation characteristics,rotor weight parameters,bearing clearance and other aspects combined with actual status of production line,and carries out comprehensive discussion on the routine maintenance strategy.
