摘　　要：目前,隔爆兼本质安全型半直驱变频调速一体机还属于一个新兴产品,可广泛的应用于煤矿行业作业面空间狭小,调速控制单元仍需额外占用硐室放置,电能传输距离远谐波损耗大,矿用设备传动链复杂传动效率低而故障率高,并且对于原动机扭矩输出要求高的复杂工况。在国家碳达峰碳中和等相关政策背景下,系统阐述隔爆兼本质安全型半直驱变频调速一体机这一矿用集成化传动方案,有着重要意义。Currently,the flameproof and intrinsic safety type of semi-direct drive variablefrequency adjustable-speed all-in-one machine also belongs to a new product,which can be widely used in coal mine industries with narrow operation space,adjustable-speed control units still placing in extra chamber,far distance of power transmission,large harmonic loss,complex mine equipment transmission chain with low transmission efficiency and high failure rate as well as complex working conditions requiring high prime mover torque output.Under the national background of carbon peak,carbon neutralization and other related policies,this paper systematically elaborates the mining integration transmission scheme of flameproof and intrinsic safety type of semi-direct drive variable-frequency adjustable-speed all-in-one machine,which has a great significance.
