摘　　要：我国经济正处于快速发展期,纺织企业作为我国的支柱产业,在乡村振兴战略背景下面临着新的机遇与挑战。基于纺织企业的发展现状,对纺织企业所处的内外部环境综合分析,从生产、销售等方面进行竞争性战略分析,以帮助纺织企业更加积极地应对时代的变化。China’s economy is in a period of rapid development. As a pillar industry in China, textile enterprises are facing new opportunities and challenges in the context of Rural Revitalization Strategy. Based on the development status of textile enterprises, this paper comprehensively analyzes the internal and external environment of textile enterprises, and conducts competitive strategic analysis from the aspects of production and sales, so as to help textile enterprises more actively respond to the changes of the times.
