摘 要:铝合金箱体作为传动系统中的核心零件,其结构十分复杂,内部分布的大量高倍径精密孔系设计精度高,加工难度大。通过分析铝合金箱体零件的结构特点和加工难点以及进行国内外行业对比,主要从铝合金箱体高倍径孔低速加工方法的技术原理及特点、技术关键及解决效果、创新点、产生的经济与社会效益等方面进行阐述。该技术根据刀具的镗削范围,选择最小的镗削值最接近被加工孔内径的刀具;对于粗加工的孔预留余量,用于精镗时调整;精加工时,低速切削代替高速切削,对切削参数、切削力进行设置,保证了加工精度,满足了产品的设计加工要求,实现了高倍径孔系的精密加工。该技术主要应用于批量生产铝合金箱体类零件中,在提高质量、提高效率和降低成本等方面具有广泛的推广和应用价值。As the core part of the transmission system,the structure of aluminum alloy box was very complex,and a large number of high magnification diameter precision holes distributed inside it,which caused high design precision and difficulty process.through analyzing the structural characteristics and processing difficulties of aluminum alloy box parts and the comparison of domestic and foreign industries,we mainly discussed the aluminum alloy box high magnification diameter hole low-speed processing method including technical principle and characteristics,technical key and solution effect,innovation,economic and social benefits.According to the boring range of the tool,the technology chose the smallest boring value to be close to the inner diameter of the machined hole tool.Reserve allowance for rough machining hole,it was used for fine boring adjustment.When finishing,low speed cutting was used to replace high speed cutting,and the cutting parameters and cutting force were set to ensure the machining accuracy,which met the design and processing requirements of the product,and realized the precision machining of high magnification diameter holes.The technology was mainly used in the mass production of aluminum alloy box parts,which had a wide range of promotion and application value in improving quality and efficiency and reducing the cost.
